PhotosAndTheLaw.com is the creation of art lawyer Matthew B. Harrison, of The Law Offices of Matthew B. Harrison, Esq. A full service entertainment and media law firm, Attorney Matthew B. Harrison has worked with clients in a variety of media and topics.

PhotosAndTheLaw.com is a very unique project that provides a resource focused on the unique legal needs of today’s modern photographer.

A professional photographer himself, Matthew B. Harrison has the credentials and the experience to get the job done for you. Harrison graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law with a Juris Doctor, and from the University of Massachusetts, cum laude, with a Bachelors of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Harrison is currently undertaking a Masters of Fine Arts Degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Harrison was the assistant editor of his law review while in law school, but due to an unexpectedly hurried decision by an appeals court, Harrison’s note was pre-empted and therefore unable to be published. However, Harrison still puts his pen to the paper and is currently writing a legal resource for photographers that should be released in Spring 2007.

While Harrison’s legal credentials are impressive, his total qualifications do not end there. Harrison maintains an artistic photography studio in Springfield, MA. His work is regularly featured in various galleries across New England and has been published in a variety of newspapers, magazines, and promotional materials.
